When People Assume You’re a Poser

I love skateboarding and surfing, despite not having any skating talent, and never having gone surfing, and people constantly question whether or not I truly like those things or if I’m just trying to be “cool.” First of all, I like skating because it’s athletic and I respect the amount of skill it takes to even stand on a moving board, much less flip the board in various directions. Surfing follows the same line of thought, plus my dream is to go surfing for a week in California.
